This policy follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to visitors from the EU, the rights it provides apply as well.

2. Cookies and audience measurement

This website sets no cookies, stores no information in your browser and has no contact form. It uses no tracking or marketing tools. We therefore do not ask for consent and show no cookie banner.

To see how often the website is visited, we use Vercel Web Analytics. It counts page views, country, device type and the referring page – without cookies, without profiles across websites and without us being able to identify you. A visit is grouped only by a check value derived from the request, which is discarded after 24 hours. In the same aggregated way we count how far visitors get through the page and which links (email, language, formats) they click.

Vercel Speed Insights also measures how fast the pages load, likewise without cookies and without reference to you.

Fonts and images are not loaded from third-party servers, and no social media plugins are embedded.

3. Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you visit it, Vercel processes technically necessary data to deliver the pages and protect them against misuse: IP address, date and time, requested address, referring page and information about your browser and device. This data is not combined with other data and is kept only as long as operation and security require.

4. Contact by email

When you write to us, we process your details to answer your request. Our email runs on Microsoft 365. We keep messages as long as needed to handle your request or as required by law. We do not pass them on to third parties.

5. Links to other websites

Links to the websites of our formats and to other providers open their pages. Data is only sent to the respective provider once you click, and its privacy policy applies.

6. Your rights

You can ask at any time what personal data we process about you, request its correction or deletion, object to its processing and, where applicable, request that your data be handed over or transferred. Write to info@vorhangauf.events.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, where the GDPR applies, with the data protection authority in your country.

7. Data security

The connection to this website is encrypted (HTTPS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

We may update this policy. The version published on this page applies.
